A calendar was commissioned for a food and feed analytical laboratory. At first, the concept for the calendar was brainstormed- including the use of typography as visuals, photography itself, hand drawn illustrations, the use use of petri dish as a visual. Finally the approved idea was illustrations depicting what the lab does clearly. The process included obtaining pictures of the lab and digitally drawing them. I chose to keep the colours simple and bright, reflecting the transparency  and enthusiasm of the work culture. The printing process had me choosing paper types and understanding the right balance between price and design.
