NID Print Labs holds an open call every year to produce a calender with the months depicted in various Indic scripts through calligraphy. I submitted various options for the months February (in Kannada) and April (in Tamil.) I explored with various pens, inks, calligraphy tools and brushes. The final chosen versions were printed in the calender shown below.  Also included are some of the iterations.
